dimensional type

These drool-worthy dimensional illustrations and text are from Evening Tweed's Owen Gildersleeve and Tom Rowe. It's fun to see how they set up the illustration (last image).

My first birds!

Fantastic wedding florals

How fantastic is this wedding!? I love the photographer's soft light and vibrant colors! Her floral headband is so perfect (found this via housemartin)

Whimsical photography

Doesn't it make you feel great when a 14-yr-old girl is a better photographer than you. I'm too embarrassed to show what I was making when I was in highschool let alone 14 (pictures of my beanie babies).

found via sfbaygirl blogOne of the nicer pictures I have found from when I was probably around 14.

Planting accessories

Recycled glass vessels from Viva Terra. Didn't you know that terrariums are all the rage? These pear shaped ones are adorable, also from Viva Terra. Interesting herb planter. Love this as a gift idea. I wish it were vegetables though. Found via Design*Sponge.

website inspiration

I'm working on my website and I'm trying to get some inspiration. The Bungaloo, Hel Looks, Lori Joy Smith's and Jessica Hische's websites. Apparently I'm attracted to a white square on a gray patterned background. Most of the artist websites were pretty straightforward and plain, which makes sense to not distract from the work.
